I offer highly focused, results orientated HR support, having had significant experience of leading global HR initiatives and transforming HR Departments. I take on interim and project work and have a strong ability to assess situations, solve problems, create change and deliver results. I work to maximize business benefits through the delivery of strategic and operational HR solutions that are cost effective and aligned to the business strategy - I sit well in the space between strategy and operations and I do like to roll up my sleeves. I have significant experience of working with globally diverse/dispersed teams as a result of International roles which makes me highly adaptive style. More recently, I have worked with smaller, UK based organisations to provide HR transformation initiatives, using my NLP and mentoring skills, providing employee relations advice and advising on talent development and learning. I have project managed and implemented HRIS, including LMS and ATS. I have worked on Ciphr (and implemented twice), HiBob, Personio, Mentor, HR Duo and Charlie HR.
