Elite Construction Services provides a wide range of services to Property Management Companies, General Contractors, Building Owners, Home owners and Condo HOA's. Elite strives to make long lasting and viable relationships with every project. Elite Construction Services hires hand selected employees that meet our standards in all areas of our high expectations. Elite Construction Services does all areas of our work in house and does not sub contract the work we can do ourselves, this saves in scheduling issues, quality control issues, and other issues that General Contractors face when relying on multiple sub contractors to keep schedule, quality, etc. Elite Construction Services is a specialty service shop offering four industry specific specialty trades, each trade hires quality craftsmen specific to that trade and hire laborers that get trained to become specific trade craftsmen. Our trades are Stucco, Painting and Specialty Coatings, Masonry Restoration and Waterproofing. Elite has two in house carpenters as well to take care of rot repairs and other misc duties, this keeps Elite competitive and helps cut costs by needing to hire out side companies for smaller projects that coincide with the work we are already doing.
