Hello and Welcome! I am excited to introduce my new Personal Training business! I have been training for 13 years. And have worked with and helped people with lot of different goals. Everything from Bikini and Figure competitions, to doing therapy workouts with older clients, and people with shoulder, knee, and back problems. Elite Wellness Training is going to focus on 40 and older person who wants to become less tired, more energy, sleep better, stronger shoulders, knees, back and core strength! More muscle tone for smoother looking skin. So you can do the things you enjoy, and also do everyday tasks that need to be done. Without feeling you were ran over the next day. Healthier Happier You! Golf! If you like..Love to play golf. Then you should have a exercise program that will help you achieve your Best! It is important to keep your body correct and balanced to play golf, and avoid injury. No fun to play a sport you know you could play better, but your too tight, your shoulder is sore, or your back is too tight and sore to play like you know you could.
