About Elix Beverage Co
I am a second-generation winemaker in Truro, Nova Scotia. My family has always appreciated good drinks as a complement to good food and better company. When she got pregnant with our first daughter, my wife Brittany was suddenly left out of the equation. Sunday dinner just wasn’t the same with a glass of water, especially when everyone else had something interesting to enjoy . And the non-alcoholic options available then were compromises at best. I started experimenting with different non-alcoholic formulations. Elix was the result of that experimentation. Brittany is thrilled to have great-tasting non-alcoholic options, and I know your guests will be too.
