A little more on the Elixiba Culture: HEAVENLY WHOLEFOODS Everything served to you at Elixiba is made from scratch in our very own kitchen with whole foods. All our food is not only plant-based, but also gluten free intentionally allergen friendly. You won’t find any microwaves in our kitchens, processed ‘fake meat’ alternatives or sauces out of a bottle. UTOPIAN BAR Utopian? Yes, that’s right, a bar that allows you to have your social life, health, and alcoholic or non-alcoholic cocktails too. As Australia’s first vegan restaurant and bar, our unique concoctions are brewed and shaken in a way no other bar challenges. We use essential oils, herbal extracts and fresh fruits instead of artificially flavoured liqueurs and unnatural flavours. We make our own syrups with coconut sugar and infuse our spirits with delightful herbs in house to soothe your soul. HERBAL BEERS You won’t find these herbal beers anywhere else in the world. Crafted and infused with unique herbs to evoke good feeling moods. Live fermented, preservative free, only at Elixiba. SUSTAINABLE SEATING Our furniture is made from a tree with gorgeous patterns and antibacterial properties called the camphor laurel. CONSCIOUS CROCKERY From the fair trade, hand-blown wine glasses from Swaziland to the handmade Balinese bamboo straws that support small businesses and more... CAPTAIN PLANET At Elixiba, we continue to take it to the next level by reducing our waste, where possible! We’re wild about composting, soft plastic recycling, reducing our plastic usage, utilising a root-to-stem approach with cooking. CO-CREATION Elixiba is not about one person’s ideas: it is an ever-evolving collaboration of the whole team. Together, we come up with the evolution of plant based creations.
