Lauren & Kate met 8 years ago in the school playground when Lauren moved to the Island from the North West. Kate recognised Laurens accent having being born in the same area herself ,and they instantly hit it off. It soon became apparent that they had many things in common, including EACH having four young sons!!! Lauren introduced Kate to juicing soon after the birth of Kate’s 4th son to help with her energy levels - and Kate was hooked! They are interested in anything to do with holistic wellbeing, from meditation and mindfulness right through to clean beauty and nutrition. However, they passionately believe that life is for living and nothing should be off limits, which often means that life goes from ‘gym to gin’! Now with 10 children (Lauren has 2 beautiful step children) 2 hardworking (CrossFit loving) husbands and 3 dogs between them - life can get extremely busy but they have always wanted to work together in some capacity and juicing seemed like the obvious first step of the journey. We select the highest quality ingredients, which are cold pressed to squeeze out the maximum amount of juice. The juices are then frozen to hold on to those all important nutrients. Our juice blends are created to deliver the perfect combination of vitamins and minerals. Plus they taste absolutely delicious!
