Ellen is a health-conscious mother and grandmother with an appetite. She’s always on the lookout for recipes that both taste great and make you feel great and had a eureka moment when she started making a cracker recipe using just seeds and spices. What started in her family kitchen quickly evolved into Ella's Flats, a brand dedicated to providing delightful, nutritious, and versatile crackers. From the beginning, Ella's Flats rapidly expanded its presence, offering these scrumptious crackers in 6 flavors. Today, they can be found in thousands of grocery and specialty stores across the US, ranging from large conventional chains to small independent retailers that stay ahead of the latest trends, as well as online at Amazon and ellasflats.com. Ella's Flats are more than just a cracker.
