About Eller Executive Education

Eller Executive Education is the non-degree leadership development program affiliated with the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. Our faculty are internationally recognized in their fields, and bring extensive consulting and executive education experience to the table. They are experts in the practice and science of leadership development, understand organizational problems. We will work with you to provide solutions for your specific organizational challenges and use a variety of learning methods to allow participants to immediately see how new ideas can work within their organizations. Our applied learning designs have long term impact too, thanks to a rigorous approach to your unique “return on learning requirements". Our custom programs flex to meet your needs and range from single-day sessions to multi-module and multi-focus programs. They can be delivered on our campus or wherever your strategic goals require us to go. Our top faculty lead a consultative process to identify current and future organizational challenges, then work with you to identify and develop custom solutions. Our expertise encompasses strategic visioning and planning, as well as custom employee surveys on culture, work attitudes, and more. We also provide open enrollment programs in many leadership areas of business.
