Founded by event designer Diane Nittke, our philosophy is to bring the simple joy of flowers to the everyday. Because who needs an occasion for beautiful, mood-boosting blooms? Drawing inspiration from classically continental floral design influences, our arrangements are stunningly layered, textured and elegant – each punctuated with an element of the unexpected. Complementing our organic floral style is a bespoke approach to each of our projects. Rather than standard packages or cookie-cutter bouquets, we’re all about gorgeous flower arrangements that are as unique as the person, or event, they were made for. Our clients come to us time after time because they know that when it comes to flowers, we’ll always bring an attention-to-detail that is second to none. Stop by our atelier and you might just catch us rummaging through hundreds of colour swatches to find the perfect shade for a bridal bouquet ribbon, or whipping out a magnifying glass and tweezers to remove a small, slightly imperfect leaf before a bouquet’s delivery. At Ellermann, we thrive in a culture of collaboration and creativity. We work hard, but we do it because we love it. We are passionate about flowers, and even more passionate about making people happy through our flower creations. We are very proud of how much we’ve grown since first opening our doors in 2011. Still, we are an ambitious bunch, and we’re constantly looking for new ways – and people – to help us grow.
