Located in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, you will find Ellers Farm Distillery, a state-of-the-art outfit built by our founder in 2022 through his passion for distilling. Our vision is to create the world’s best spirits in the most sustainable way with a positive impact on people and the planet. We believe in balancing profit with purpose and, as a certified B Corp®, we consider the impact of our decisions on society and the environment. As one of a few UK distilleries that produce our own alcohol from scratch using British apples, our award-winning range features premium vodka, gin and liqueurs. We have also collaborated with the legendary Theakston Brewery to create a single malt English Whisky that celebrates our proud Yorkshire roots, combining the best equipment, finest local ingredients, deep expertise and passion for innovation as part of this unique partnership. Our ambitions for the future are simple: to make Dutch Barn Vodka into a global top 20 vodka brand, and achieve net zero carbon emissions as a business by 2040. Distillery tours are available, welcoming people from near and far. Not only can visitors see working stills, but also experience Ellers Farm Distillery’s sustainable ethos and enjoy a tasting of our products.
