About Elmylaw
We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy under the Bankruptcy Code. Shantele Elmy was employed by the law firm of Jerold T. Coon, P.C. from 2011 until 2015, when she and Jerold joined to create Coon & Elmy, P.C.. In 2021, Shantele took over the firm and created Elmylaw, P.C.. Shantele Elmy received her law degree from Washburn University in 2001. While at Washburn, she participated in the Washburn Law Clinic as a certified clinic intern. She also worked at the Kansas Bureau of Workers Compensation, Fraud & Abuse Unit. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan-Flint and an M.S. from Grand Canyon University. Shantele has practiced in several different areas of law including probate and estate planning, divorce, social security disability, and now bankruptcy.
