About Elnik Systems
Our roots are grounded in temperature control and our innovations have led to superior gas management throughout process zones. Excelling in both of these areas for over 50 years has allowed us to work with every industry from aerospace and defense companies to high quality fashion and life style products to functional tooling and hardware and many more. Bringing the first ever ALL METAL retort based furnace to the debind and sinter industries, we have been fortunate to be part of the success of our customers. Our furnace technology allows for Hydrogen, Argon,Nitrogen and Vacuum processing environments. Managing these atmospheres with tight temperature control via our proprietary AccuTemp® Thermocouple correction program, has allowed Elnik furnaces to be the benchmark for Batch based Debind and Sinter furnaces. What really drives us though is our desire to see our customers WIN! We put everything we have into helping our customers set themselves up for success. We want to be part of our customers team and partner with them to solve complex metal part making challenges.
