ELP organizes Roundtable Dialogues about leadership. At ELP, leaders can step away from the daily turmoil and take time and space to reflect on multidimensional themes at the intersection of their lives as a professional and a human being. Leaders perform better if they occasionally reflect on their behavior, assumptions and context. ELP provides safety in a world that is constantly judging. The space we create invites authenticity and honesty, necessary ingredients for personal leadership to emerge. At ELP you can come as you are; there is nothing we want to change about you. Members participate in genuine and open conversations about leadership with their peers from a wide variety of industries; a facilitated dialogue is always part of the ELP-meetings. The facilitator challenges the participants, and invites or tempts them to go deeper than they are used to going. A speaker kicks off the meeting to inspire participants and make them think.
