elph ceramics is a luxury design studio revolutionising Australian made ceramic homewares. We are a sister-led business creating an ecosystem that supports regional women through employment opportunities and collaborations. Founders, Eloise and Sophie, give elph ceramics a unique combination of traditional ceramic techniques and contemporary design. Eloise is a highly skilled ceramic artist and production potter. Her attention to detail and unrelenting standards give our pieces their incredible quality. Sophie is an industrial designer, Her love of functional minimalism gives our products their effortless usability. Our studio is located in the Southern Highlands where, along with our team, we design and manufacture our range. Designing and working in the same space allows a cohesion between intent and product that isn’t achievable with overseas production. Eloise ‘sketches’ our new pieces in clay and it means that we can prototype quickly as well as undertake custom projects. The collection is designed with the effortless Australian lifestyle in mind and includes cups & mugs, plates, bowls & serving, vases and our iconic Tiny House object.
