Push elua's door and taste a delicious specialty coming straight from Hawaii: the poke bowl. This fresh, healthy and colorful raw fish dish finds its origins in Hawaiian traditional cuisine. It is served in a bowl and comes with rice and many different toppings. elua is the first poke bar in Geneva. Our priority is to serve only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We use the most sustainable raw fish we can find and partner exclusively with responsible and sustainable fisheries. We work very closely with our carefully selected suppliers and small producers to guarantee a perfect traceability of our products and a full transparency with regard to the origin of our fish. All recipes have been created by a well-known chef, Benjamin Breton. He brings a modern twist to this traditional delicacy and takes it to new heights.
