About Elwood St Kilda Neighbourhood Learning Centre
We are a non-profit Neighbourhood House that provides our local community with access to low-cost adult education programs and a variety of activities that promote sustainability, wellbeing and creativity. We have been providing a great breadth of services to the local community for over 35 years. A registered charity, our community adult education programs are chosen to meet the diverse needs of members of the community, and are free of charge for those seeking asylum. The purpose of these programs is to maintain and to further develop the skills and abilities that promote personal well-being, education, pathway to employment and community participation. We are also a designated collection point for the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, accepting donations of non-perishable food & personal care products for people seeking asylum.
