We enjoy thinking creatively about client projects, working flexibility to ensure projects are executed with quality and delivered on time and on budget. This commitment to quality is outlined in our customer and candidate charter; a document drafted back in 2006 when our MD spotted a gap in the market for a recruitment agency offering bespoke solutions and a true partnership approach. The desire to offer customers a customer experience shaped on listening and flexibility led to the creation of ema consultancy.
