Embark Care is a non-medical in-home care provider service and senior care resource. Launched in 2021, Embark Care is a collaboration of administrators who have over 40 years of proven combined management and ownership experience in this field. Embark Care is licensed by the State of Texas in 30 counties of NE Texas. Our goal is to provide excellent compassionate care to seniors so that they can live with confidently, and safely in the familiarity of their home where, they want to be. We also provide in-facility sitters to support the dignity and privacy of clients who reside in nursing homes or assisted living facilities. We communicate and coordinate closely with our clients' other home health or hospice agencies to ensure outstanding care. Top 10 Things that Set Embark Care Apart: -Our caregivers have verifiable experience, are drug tested, and background checked. -We use a state of the art scheduling system to ensure that our caregivers are on assignment, on time. -Embark Care will only assign caregivers who are familiar with the care needs of the client (i.e. Alzheimers/dementia/Parkinsons) -We offer easy to understand direct billing so you'll always know exactly what services you're paying for vs "projected" billing. -No minimum schedules. We can provide as little as 1 hour per week or round the clock live in care. We have no set contract periods. -Embark Care contracts with the VA to provide HBCP services and with Veterans Home Care for Aid and Attendance pension benefits for veterans and surviving spouses of veterans -We coordinate with Area Agencies on Aging to provide short term transitional care for qualified seniors such as those overcoming extended illness or on nursing home wait lists -Embark Care offers reasonable rates! -You can usually expect to always have the same caregiver. We don't plug just anyone into a client's home. -We are locally owned and operated. We are reachable to answer questions or concerns 24/7.
