Embassy Creative was born out of a desire to develop a new model of advertising and design agency – a full service agency that could be more nimble, flexible and cost effective than the rest in the market. In early 2006, Matt Ward (a Senior Designer) and Tim Stevenson (an Art Director) formed Embassy Creative. Having each worked at one of Australia's top ad agencies for 10 years, they realised that clients wanted to speak directly to the creative team to ensure speed, accuracy and cost containment. Embassy Creative thus dispensed with the 3 levels of account service typically found in the bigger agencies. For those briefs that require more than concept and design work, Embassy Creative calls in the required expertise. We draw from the best talent in the creative industry – Strategic Planners, Art Directors, Writers, Designers etc. Because we only assign these experts when a particular job requires them, you get a team tailor made for the job, not one off the shelf. In 2011 this model was extended to the digital space when Embassy Digital opened its doors.
