Emberlight Counseling is a private therapy practice based in Meridian, Idaho, dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, navigate life’s transitions, and reclaim a deep sense of self-worth. Services include: Individual counseling for adults (18+) Support for self-esteem, anxiety, identity, and life transitions Values-based, culturally responsive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy Telehealth and in-person sessions in our cozy office located in The Village at Meridian We’re also in the process of developing self-guided resources, journals, and group experiences to support healing and growth beyond the therapy room.
