We were on a journey of purpose, impact and success for years. . . and we burned out. We were driven by a sense of purpose, but we were also increasingly exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck when we "thought" we shouldn't be. We took the classes, read the books, did the coaching programs. We kept hoping to find "the magical thing" that would help us.
