Embodied Wellness, PLLC is a group psychotherapy practice based in Michigan owned by Sarah Rollins. We service the entire state of Michigan, specifically Ann Arbor and Detroit Michigan. We provide evidence based mental health care to adolescents and adults. Our services include trauma therapy, anxiety therapy, depression therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems and therapy for highly sensitive people. We also have a Spanish speaking therapy on staff. All of the therapists at Embodied Wellness, PLLC are trained trauma therapists. We help individuals identify symptoms of complex PTSD, recover from developmental trauma, understand how to release trauma trapped in the body and overcoming childhood trauma.
