Emerge Leadership Group has grown to become the preeminent leadership transition company. By providing our clients with researched-based leadership transition tools, assessments and workshops, we ensure managers undergo the perspective shift necessary to become successful, productive and engaging leaders. You can’t create a leader simply with a title change. While high performing individual contributors may have the skills to become managers, they may not yet have developed the willingness and awareness to accept the changing expectations of the new role.
