About Emerge Leadership Group

Emerge Leadership Group has grown to become the preeminent leadership transition company. By providing our clients with researched-based leadership transition tools, assessments and workshops, we ensure managers undergo the perspective shift necessary to become successful, productive and engaging leaders. You can’t create a leader simply with a title change. While high performing individual contributors may have the skills to become managers, they may not yet have developed the willingness and awareness to accept the changing expectations of the new role. At Emerge Leadership Group, we know two things to be true. First, over 75% of first-line leaders have failed to fully transition to their new role. Secondly, the direct reports of transitioned leaders significantly outperform their peers who report to non-transitioned leaders. Our workshops have been created specifically for emerging and prospective leaders, newly promoted leaders and existing first-line leaders. Through these workshops, we provide development opportunities for leaders to understand how to maximize their impact to the organization. We also consult with each company and can create custom programs that integrate with existing curricula.
