About Emergence Addiction and Behavioral Therapies
When everything is lost is the best time to find something. At a time when individuals or their families may feel there is no help is when we can help the most. The programs offered at EMERGENCE are designed to be individualized and accommodate clients with special needs from offering weekend evening groups, for the working adult, as well as sessions in the day for those with childcare barriers. We offer assessment services to help meet client needs and place them in the appropriate level of care, whether it be outpatient or intensive outpatient services or individual and family therapy. Treatment services are offered in outlying areas to make access to treatment more available to clients. Our programs build on client strengths to empower them towards change in the recovery process. We offer low cost and sliding fee scales to help make treatment more affordable. Our counselors collaborate with community resources in order to coordinate services with employers, physicians and courts if needed. EMERGENCE has offices in Lane and Linn-Benton counties. We work with the Lane County Mental Health Court, Lane County Treatment Court, Lane County Parole & Probation in collaboration with Sponsors, Oregon Gambling Helpline and provide DUII Diversion services. Our Odyssey Community Counseling location provides mental health counseling and medication management with a variety of specialized modalities including C-DBT, EDMR, WPATH, dual diagnoses and a 24-hour crisis hotline and DBT skills phone services. Our staff come from many walks of life. We seek those who have historically had trouble in the workforce: candidates with justice-involved backgrounds, who are in recovery or have experience as or working/living with Veterans would really bring a lot to our work - as well as the idealistic, practical or those with a passion to serve.
