Emergency Physicians of the Rockies (EPR) is an independent, physician owned Emergency Medicine practice with 80+ Physicians and 40 Advanced Practice Providers staffing six Emergency Departments affiliated with the UCHealth System in Northern Colorado. The locations offer diverse acuity from Level I to III trauma centers and freestanding emergency departments, allowing for varying patient care opportunities. Emergency Physicians of the Rockies staffs within the nationally recognized UCHealth System at the following sites: Medical Center of the Rockies Emergency Department, Loveland CO Greeley Hospital Emergency Department, Greeley CO Longs Peak Hospital Emergency Department, Longmont CO Poudre Valley Hospital Emergency Department, Fort Collins CO UCHealth Emergency Department - Harmony, Fort Collins CO UCHealth Emergency Department - West Greeley, Greeley CO Situated at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, Northern Colorado enjoys a fabulous quality of life.
