Emergency Staffing Solutions has been providing Management & Staffing for Emergency Department and Hospitalist programs since 2001. We have client hospitals in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, New Mexico, Missouri, Georgia and Alabama. With 50 client hospitals and over 1,000 physicians, ESS is a growing company located in Dallas, Texas. Our ability to provide our clients and physicians with immediate attention and prompt responses to issues is a direct reflection of our outstanding management team. We support rural and suburban hospitals in their desire to improve the inpatient care within their facilities. Our client hospitals are always concerned about compassionate and appropriate, cost-effective patient care, within the scope of the capabilities of the facility and the local specialists. Every case that could be admitted but gets transferred or treated on an outpatient basis is additional revenue the facility does not receive. We work closely with our client hospitals, the local primary care physicians, and the emergency department physicians to maximize the appropriate admissions that can be handled within the facility.
