Emergent Design has been engineering, installing, and maintaining specialised industrial machine vision Quality Assurance systems for the manufacturing industry since 2011. Our passion lies in tackling technical challenges that others deem impossible and finding innovative solutions that redefine industry standards. Devising new ways to solve hard problems is fun and we thrive on the exhilaration of designing intuitive, elegant user experiences that transform solutions into products. Our team is dedicated to developing and installing cutting-edge solutions that leverage image processing and machine learning to successfully tackle challenging technical problems in production monitoring and quality control. For over a decade, we’ve been raising standards and streamlining operations in manufacturing plants across Europe. We write the specialist software required to operate these systems in-house, with a particular focus on image processing and modern UI design, developing on and designing for an open-source Linux-based stack. Our bespoke systems operate 24/7, analysing the shape, size, thermal, and visible properties of products on moving lines without interrupting the production process. At Emergent Design, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Unlike traditional software companies, we collaborate closely with mechanical and electronic design partners, as well as our on-site service engineers. Every system we design is tailored to meet the unique requirements of our clients, crafted to ensure seamless integration with your manufacturing process.
