The Emergent Leaders Foundation is a movement of like minded people, bonded by a common purpose - the elevation of human consciousness. It was born from an experiential journey from adversity to strength in leadership. Our mantra is prepare yourself as a leader before you prepare your organisation. Young People are the leaders of our future. Families are the building blocks of society. Our mentoring and courses: • help leaders understand oneself completely, • up skill leaders with concepts and tools compatible with who they are, • assist leaders integrate these concepts and skills, and • equip leaders to build sustainable communities and change culture. MISSION: To provide Young People and their Families with the skills, resources and structures to create consciously evolving families. VISION: Collaborative, Networked Communities of Consciously Evolving Families who are living powerful, respectful, loving, contributing lives. We are a Australian National Charity.
