We help young adults to create more Joy, Growth, and Success as leaders in their lives ... today and for a lifetime ... through products that help them to Learn, Connect, and Grow. The Emerging Leader Academy has been created based on the following foundational beliefs: Premise #1 - Young adults have higher level needs at this life stage Premise #2 - Leadership is both a process and a choice Premise #3 - Developing leadership in young adults is inward focused Premise #4 - Development requires personal choice and change There are some exciting products coming from the Emerging Leader Academy that are built with these premises in mind, starting with the flagship product - ‘A Lifetime of Leadership’. A Lifetime of Leadership is a unique leadership development program based on a 3 phase system to inspire and guide young adults to create joy, growth and success as leaders of their own life … today and for a lifetime.
