Welcome—I'm Emi, and I'm truly glad you've landed here. My path into health coaching came from personal experience. I’ve worn many hats: daughter, wife, mom to three amazing young adults, and caretaker during some tough seasons of illness in my family. That chapter lit a fire in me to learn everything I could about how to support the body, restore resilience, and reclaim health. Today, as a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I help clients move from confusion to clarity—whether they’re dealing with chronic symptoms, fatigue, stress, or just trying to feel better in their own skin. At Emi McCarter Health, I offer personalized coaching rooted in functional and integrative medicine. My work is grounded in real science and real life—no extremes, no one-size-fits-all plans. Just honest, collaborative support that meets people where they are. I also work with healthcare providers who want better outcomes for their patients.
