Emirates Cardiac Society (ECS) is a non-profit organization comprising of cardiologists within the UAE that work under the umbrella of the Emirates Medical Association. ECS is striving to improve cardiovascular health through education, research and quality patient care. ECS helps people understand the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and provides science-based treatment guidelines to healthcare professionals to help them provide quality care to their patients. Vision: To establish a strong network for the management, education and research so as to improve the quality of life and longevity, through better prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. Mission: To educate the public and healthcare professionals in reducing the burden of cardiovascular disease in the UAE. The Emirates Cardiac Society promotes health education within the community, raising awareness of health issues among the population and establishes strong partnerships with national and international health agencies and establishments.
