For an agreed return, EMJA Group will use investors' money for set periods of time to fund their projects. 2. Joint Venture Projects. EMJA works with high net worth individuals and sophisticated investors on specific projects. The investor provides the funds while EMJA does the work. The profit is then split. Although there is higher risk associated with investing in individual projects, the profit is greater and it is an effective way to learn about property development before doing it alone. In these circumstances, EMJA Group will keep the investor informed throughout the project. 3. Sourcing. Many clients are property investors who want their own projects, but do not have the contacts or time to find suitable deals. With operations focused exclusively on Bristol and the surrounding area, EMJA are regularly exposed to more deals that they need. Such deals are passed on to other investors for a fee.
