About Emotika

We are a startup founded in Lithuania in 2020. We have developed an original platform and soft skills training system EMOTIKA. At the beginning of 2020, during the first stage of an investment attraction, we received 100,000 euros from a US investor, and in June of the same year, we launched the first version of the EMOTIKA e-coach. Then, in September, having received the first orders and customers, announced the official launch of the app. WHAT WE DO We work with individuals and companies; we provide individual consultations, group training, constantly update and adapt video, audio, and e-learning content. Our flagship product is EMOTIKA’S e-coach, a mobile app, with which we are ready to change the whole distance learning paradigm, currently in Lithuania and soon in foreign markets. EMOTIKA app serves as the best Lithuanian business coaches’ content carrier, a platform for the business community, and a tool for research on organizational climate and performance (360 ° research). WHY EMOTIKA? We have no doubt that inevitable changes await the teaching paradigm and we are not only ready to be part of those changes, but also to initiate them. We believe in lifelong learning and know what determines the effectiveness of learning. EMOTIKA is developed by a team of highly motivated emotional competence training professionals, technology development, implementation, and sales experts. EMOTIKA not only offers training in personal efficacy, leadership, negotiation, and teamwork skills but also builds a community of curious people who want to improve themselves.
