Preventing Emotional Training is an revolutionary and unique method based in the personal skills as base for the health prevention and promotion. This training allows to learn how to train the 5 big emotional competences: *Emotional consistency --> Learn how to differenciated your emotions *Emotional regulation --> After we differenciated, we should be able to level and regulated our emotions. *Emotional autonomy/Emotional management --> An step forward is needed once we differenciate and learn how to regulate our emotions. This step is how we manage our emotions, helping us to take the right decissions for ourselves. *Emotions with others --> As part of the moetional management, it not only how we deal with our emotions for ourselve but as important as that i show we Project these emotions with others (familly, work, friends,etc…) *Wellness-->All the above competences are focus in one objective, wellness. So once we are able to manage all these topics, at the same time we need to have time define our vital values.
