About EMP Capital

EMP Capital is a boutique consulting group, managing large real estate projects and financial instruments. Our expertise is in assisting international investors find investment targets and in preparing potential real estate assets for acquisition. Our portfolio efforts are currently focused in the stable, yet comparatively high yield countries of Northern Europe (Finland, Estonia and Latvia). We have exclusive access to several high value assets which are currently in the acquisition process, most of which are operational, long-lease buildings with annual yields ranging between 6 and 8 %. We consult and connect asset owners with our global network of active investors, ranging from major broker funds to high net worth family offices looking to invest into large cash-flow generating assets. We occasionally also participate in larger projects still under development, guiding assets from the grass-roots level to complete transaction. As a boutique institution, our core is compact and we operate on a case-by-case principle, often engaging several internationally acclaimed advisors, consultants and experts in each project depending on country, industry and available legal constructs.
