Each workshop is built on our signature Empathy Equation™ to give you an inclusive, intentional, and empowering experience that will help you and your team lead the way. Already have the educational foundation? Book coaching sessions instead! Consistency and connection are key ingredients in personal and professional growth, so there is a 3-session minimum to start with coaching. We've found that anything less will not set you up for long-term success, but the overall amount of sessions will depend on your needs, the topic, and the coach. If you're looking for some quick guidance on a specific issue, we also offer 1-hour consults with select coaches.
