We aim to build their confidence, create independence, inclusion and control over their lives. We are a not-for-profit, that aims to boost skills and employment to bring positive change and benefit the lives of those in the community. We aid the recruitment of staff from excluded communities, to help people enter or return to the labour markets after periods of exclusion and to help people to realise their potential in higher paid roles by providing opportunities to increase their skills. We have dedicated and experienced team of professionals who have worked as employer engagement consultants in the charity and welfare to work sectors for many years. Through successful relationship building we have achieved results and successfully placed thousands of candidates into sustained employment, apprenticeships and training for careers in a wide range of sectors. We have provided disadvantaged people access to ring-fenced roles, meet the employer events, confidence building and pre employment workshops.
