The EMPLOYMENT & TRAINING INSTITUTE, Inc. (ETI), founded in 1978, provides training, technical assistance and consulting services to the public workforce system. ETI has operated One Stop Career Centers in four states serving over 40,000 customers using over $50 million of WIA and Wagner Peyser funds. Specific to e-Training, ETI has served as technology provider to the Eastern CT WIB for five years and designed and operates the EWIB’s e-Training initiative using US WIRED serving over 3,000 customers over the last four years. ETI also served as a subcontractor to US WIRED in the design and delivery of training for the 26 WIBs in New York State, which recently implemented METRIX LEARNING.
