I will meet you exactly where you are and help you to move forward. I have been coaching folks for over 20 years. My time working in the corporate world and public health realm, are what lead me to launch Empowered by MEG in 2009. In my experiences, I’ve learned how culture, environment, and social structures shape our behavior patterns and impact our health and potential. My mission is to help my clients reach their goals with expanded awareness around the collective benefits that come when you reimagine how you think and act.
