Empowered Employees Inc is an organization that administers the training, placements, and ongoing support of workplace chaplains within companies located in Northeast Wisconsin. Our chaplain's goal when working with employees is to: Build Connection through Compassionate Listening, Encourage Change through Effective Communication, and Strengthen All through Empowering One. How do employees engage with Chaplains? Typically, employees will discuss with their chaplains family issues, marriage, divorce, family stressors, illness, grief, financial, physical and spiritual wellbeing, addiction, workplace stressors, and other matters of personal importance. How will those utilizing a Chaplin be cared for? EEI Chaplains will meet with employees in places that are best suited for their needs whether at work, over lunch, or after hours. Compassionate listening and personal encouragement in a confidential setting will be the mainstays of each interaction. How will Chaplains interact with a Management Team? Your management team will find their EEI Chaplain to be an invaluable management tool. During the weekly "Worksite Visits" Chaplains will meet with Managers, Directors, and Human Resources to determine what needs should be prioritized during their employee connections that day. Chaplains will inform management regarding areas of concern within divisions, teams, and individuals. Your leaders will begin to rely on their Chaplain to help deal with employees' personal needs so they can focus on business needs.
