About Empowered Minds Kids Studio- Kids Life Coaching
Hi, we’re Jen & Mandy, the coaches at Empowered Minds Kids Studio! With years of experience as elementary educators, we loved building real connections with our students, but we began to see a deeper need for life skills that weren’t fully accessible in the classroom. This realization led us to our Kids Life Coaching journey, where we now dedicate our work to helping children unlock their full potential through resilience-building, positive self-esteem, and essential life skills. As certified Kids Life Coaches and affiliates of Kids Life Studio’s global network, we bring an evidence-based, heart-centered approach to coaching kids and families. Our mission is to create a welcoming, uplifting environment where children ages 5-12 can grow into their best selves, and we work with teens as well. We’re also moms who understand the real challenges of parenting, which helps us connect with families in an authentic, non-judgmental way. We don’t promise quick fixes, but we do promise to walk alongside you on this journey. Our coaching programs lay a solid foundation for balanced, healthy living, rooted in research that shows positive mindsets and habits start best in early childhood. We believe in learning through PLAY, so our sessions are dynamic, engaging, and designed to create lasting impact. Each coaching program includes take-home toolkits and a “Home Adventure” program to reinforce learning and keep the momentum going. At Empowered Minds Kids Studio, we recognize each child as a unique learner. Our programs are customized based on a comprehensive Kids Life Studio® Lifestyle Assessment, allowing us to create a tailored plan with measurable results. Periodically, we also offer skill-based camps designed to build essential life skills through fun and hands-on experiences.
