My career grew out of volunteer management, and I believe strongly in engaging with supporters at all levels, connecting them to the mission and cultivating them toward increased involvement. I have extensive experience working with board members and excel in fostering effective collaboration at the executive level. My expertise enables me to support and guide board members, ensuring they are well-equipped to fulfill their roles. I have 20 years of experience working with local, regional, and national nonprofits in the Greater DC Area, managing organization-wide projects, collaborating with executive leadership and creating cross-departmental teams. I enjoy building relationships and understand how to align a team when each area has its own priorities and timelines.
