With a deep commitment to personalized care, Jeff quickly built Reseda P&O into a thriving, patient-centered clinic. In 2001, Ryan Russell joined Jeff as a prosthetics intern while studying at Cal State Dominguez Hills. Ryan completed his residency under Jeff’s mentorship, and the two formed a lasting professional bond. Nearly two decades later, in 2020, Jeff and Ryan joined forces once again to merge Reseda P&O with Empowered P&O. Today, Empowered Prosthetics and Orthotics carries that legacy forward – combining skilled craftsmanship, advanced technology, and an unwavering dedication to patient care.
