About Empowered Women Now

Empowered Women Now™ is a Joint Venture between myself (Iva Baltova) and Ileana Rontea of Phoenix on the Rise, offering unique and transformational courses designed to guide and inspire women worldwide to tap into their highest potential. We are currently delivering our custom-made, innovative training program called: "Soar Beyond Your Limits: Self-Empowerment Essentials for Women at the Workplace". This Program is designed for female employees who are: * Not currently on the management/leadership track but carry untapped potential * Prepared to overcome the fear of failure, perfectionism, and self-critical thinking * Motivated to learn how to set healthy boundaries, find their voice, and communicate with others in a more empowered way * Willing to invest in themselves and their future * Highly motivated to grow personally and professionally * Ready to attend 18 live sessions of online training Our participants are given the opportunity for transformation, not just access to information. Women are guided through a self-transformative journey, designed to help them craft the most powerful version of themselves. We do this by helping participants: * Unmask and overwrite deeply held self-sabotaging beliefs and self-imposed barriers * Install self-empowering beliefs which can open the door to a much more gratifying life and career * Develop the mindset and skills necessary to thrive in life and attain their personal best * Stay connected to their Personal Power through the continuous use of our life-long practices The Program includes: * Three virtual instructor-led courses * Total of 27 hours of live virtual instruction * Fillable Workbooks with assignments and resources, plus all session slides * Self-assessments administered before and after each course to measure learning progress * Practical tools, tips, techniques, guidelines, practices, and real-life examples
