Empowerher Tech Initiatives (formerly Technology Advocacy Initiatives) In compliance with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) regulations in Nigeria, we changed our name from Technology Advocacy Initiatives to Empowerher Tech Initiatives Our name may have changed, but everything else remains the same: our vision, mission, goals, and brand identity are as strong as ever. Mission: We empower women and girls to succeed in technology careers by removing barriers, providing skills and knowledge, and building a supportive community. Vision: A future where women and girls are equally represented and have equal opportunities in the technology industry. Goal: To increase the number of women and girls pursuing careers in technology by providing access, training, and support. Target audience: African girls or Women between 10-40 years old.
