About the Organizers: Natalie Micale and Sonya Costello are the founders and hosts of Empowerment Collective AVL, an upscale, in-person discussion and networking series that brings together inspiring women and elevated conversations. Natalie Micale is an executive coach, leadership expert, communication consultant, and former healthcare executive who now helps women (and a few good men) in leadership advance further, faster, and lead their lives with more confidence and clarity. Sonya Costello owns an online business support company based in Asheville. She helps business owners become more efficient, productive, consistent, and ultimately make more money by creating and implementing systems.
