Overview RISEOne was established to empower underserved and underrepresented communities throughout San Diego – East County and beyond. While our roots are in serving immigrant and refugee populations, we welcome all individuals seeking support to build brighter futures through skills development, connection, and opportunity. By bridging careers to cultures through equity, collaboration, and community empowerment, we serve individuals who seek: • Vocational and Technical English language proficiency • AI-driven computer skills • Public speaking and communication coaching • Human connection support for isolation and loneliness • Employment readiness, skills development, and mentorship for enhanced work placement Our mission is to provide employment readiness training through a culturally sensitive education model, helping to bridge knowledge gaps that prevent access to quality employment and long-term self-sufficiency.
