About Enable Fitness Centre

Enable Fitness Centre is proud to be South Australia's biggest and best equipped disability-exclusive gyms. We are a registered NDIS provider and support people with disabilities to improve their physical wellbeing through the provision of therapy and advice backed by the latest research and evidence. Our disability gyms and facilities are accessible for wheelchair users and ambulant clients with both physical and intellectual impairments. Our equipment is custom-built to be wheelchair accessible and safe for a range of abilities. We provide a safe and friendly environment, paired with innovative and diverse equipment and resources. Because we are disability-exclusive, our clinicians are experts in the field, with knowledge and experience across a variety of disabilities and conditions. Our mission is to support South Australians living with a disability to improve their health and wellbeing through high quality, holistic and innovative allied health services, while also building a genuine, supportive community where everyone feels safe and included. Enable is a community where everyone with a disability can reach their goals, realise their potential, and thrive. We have a team of clinicians who work exclusively with people with disability, including accredited exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, and dietitians. All our clinicians are experienced in working with clients with a disability across a range of ages, and are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment.
