About Enabled Leaders - for Christian ministry

We are a specialist, interdenominational Christian ministry that supports church leaders at all stages of their leadership journeys - from the start of their training for ministry onwards. Enabled Leaders was born out of a passion to develop focused, equipped and resilient church leaders. We care deeply about improving and extending the training, development and support available to church leaders, so that they can be fully enabled to lead and build God's church. In our experience, church leaders are often given a good grounding in how to handle the word of God at an early stage of their training, but little help in leading strategically, leading people or even leading themselves. Leaders often find that a lack of focus, difficult relationships and a lack of understanding of how to bring people with them thwarts their dreams, reduces their effectiveness and saps their joy in God's service. Even when leaders receive help and support with these issues early in their ministries, they often receive little help later on. As a result many church leaders feel isolated, lonely, stale and burnt out. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 Enabled Leaders has a vision to change this. We want to transform the development and support available to church leaders, throughout their leadership journey, working with others who share this vision, initially in the UK and then wherever God leads. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 Our mission is to enable church leaders to lead more effectively towards fulfilling the church's mission of developing fully-devoted followers of Jesus.
