About Enabled4Life Enterprises

Enabled4Life is the brainchild of co-founders Klaus Schlepp and Michelle Bray. With a wealth of professional experience in government and corporate sectors between them, as well as personal experience caring for family members with disabilities, they are both naturally drawn to projects that will enhance the lives of people living with a disability. As the biggest social reform since Medicare, the NDIS is unavoidably complex and Klaus and Michelle knew it would require innovative solutions. They set about studying the NDIS and researching systems automation, establishing Enabled4Life in 2017. Klaus’s experience in insurance claims management and as former National Warranty Manager of AIG insurance, along with a strong background in information technology, has made him a leader in automation systems and claims management. He was instrumental in researching software solutions for the NDIS, and eventually consulted directly with the national head of the NDIS Portal. Michelle brings vast experience in accounting and fund management, with a particular focus on the disability sector across all levels of government – from drafting and implementing action plans to working on the national rollout for Disability Employment Services. Their combined expertise was recognised when they were invited to contribute to the National Portal User guide on the NDIS website. Today Enabled4Life helps hundreds of people living with a disability to negotiate the complexities of the NDIS and plan their budgets with confidence. Michelle and Klaus are big fans of the NDIS, and are dedicated to improving the user experience to enhance the lives of their clients.
